It's getting cold outside! A hearty bison meatloaf with a side wild rice pilaf and hot sumac tea will be sure to warm you up. 

With two pounds of grass-fed ground bison this will feed a family of 6+ for sure. The wild rice pilaf is from Native Harvest (Callaway, MN).
