Annual Meeting in January
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend our annual meeting this January. This is an opportunity to hear about learn about co-op performance, meet other members, and conduct business such as election of officers and discussion of co-op direction. A food co-op is a democratic organization and the board would like to have your involvement. Look for details of time and location in Facebook, our website, and next month’s enewsletter.

Each year approximately 1/3 of the Board of Directors term expire. After 2017, two board positions will be open. Incumbents may be running, but MANNA would like to hear from interested individuals before December 8, 2017.
Interested individuals should contact Stacy Salvevold at firstname.lastname@example.org or 218-770-2062. The First Annual Membership meeting will be held in January 2018, and the election will take place at that time. We would like enough time to post biographies from each candidate in advance.
Our grand opening in October was a great success. We were happy to host so many of our local growers and vendors as well as ‘officially’ open the store with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Thanks to all who attended!
